In 2008 John and I returned to Rushing Winds Music Productions in Dallas, NC, to record my second album, "Better Day". It was an easy choice to make, because we knew, without a doubt, that Gary Rushing would put together another fabulous group of musicians to bring my songs to life. And he came through with flying colors!

Here's the scoop! Richard Putnam, who helped with arrangements, also played piano, keyboards, and Hammond B-3 organ. Paul Rogers kept the beat going on drums, percussion, and loop programming. Mylon Hayes played bass; David Johnson once again wowed us with his skills on acoustic and electric guitars, dobro, and harmonica; Audra Collins and Mylon Hayes added the final touch with their fabulous background vocals.

Let's face it -- we all are hoping for a Better Day.  Today's world is so full of tragedy, pain, loss, disappointment and discouragement.  Yes, we all have days that are good, some even great, but the best is yet to come!  And I'm personally looking for that day when I hear the voice of my Savior, Jesus Christ, say, "Well done, good and faithful one".  That will be the best day of all!​
